Creative Reuse

spare pARTs is how we do our part to inspire and promote environmentally sustainable practices through creative reuse. We collect donations of gently used fine art supplies and materials, then redistribute them through use in art classes, demos and offer them to the community at low affordable prices. Our goal is to keep them out of the landfill and into creative hands!

  • Please organize your items so they are neatly packed and easy to view.
  • Well cared for, clean and quality fine art supplies from non-smoking homes only!
  • We will look through every donation to make sure we accept everything in it. Due to limited space, we carefully choose which items to accept and reserve the right to reject any donations.

Donation items we accept:

  • Paint (Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil, Gouache), paint brushes, pallet knives, paint pallets, art tools, artist drawing pencils and pens, calligraphy pens, markers, colored pencils, pastels (chalk and oil), charcoal (pencils, sticks and powder), rolls of art paper, single sheet art paper and pads, unused sketchbooks and art journals, unused canvas, art lamps, easels, printmaking supplies.

Donation items we DO NOT accept at this time:

  • School and office supplies, sewing supplies and fabric, scrap booking supplies, craft kits, crayons.

How to Recycle your crayons:
